Casas y Casitas

Small homes with serious intent

The idea was to offer something new: small, freestanding homes in a valley known for large villas and high-end apartments. These weren’t add-ons or compromises—they were another way to belong. We also made use of a piece of land that hadn’t quite worked for anything else. It was time to do something a little different.

A different kind of luxury

The Casitas are compact, two-bedroom houses with views of the ocean and direct access to the valley’s shared energy. They’re designed to sit lightly on the site, protect nearby views, and complement the scale of their neighbours. Their modest footprint doesn’t mean modest design. These are well-considered homes that balance privacy and proximity—right in the heart of it all.

Fresh thinking in a well-established valley

Still under construction, but already part of the story. The Casitas have helped broaden what’s possible in Cuna del Alma. The developer took a risk, and it paid off. Buyers saw something fresh and wanted in.

We’re proud of the result—but prouder still of the quiet confidence it took to try something new.
